Why did you choose this job and how does your typical workday look like?
I enjoy finding solutions to complex challenges. In my daily work, I mainly focus on creating technical machine concepts including cost calculation, layout planning, and customer consulting.
What do you like most about your job?
I appreciate the variety of special machine construction - no machine is like another. Our customers' requirements are constantly changing, that is why new and innovative ideas and solutions are always needed.
What are the biggest challenges you face at work?
Diverse and dynamic customer requirements are interesting, but they make the concept work correspondingly complex and multifaceted - many things must be considered and thought through simultaneously. Not every technical implementation idea leads to the goal. Changes in the concept phase are common, which regularly requires a high degree of flexibility - after all, we want to offer the best possible solutions for our customers.
