We are looking for support as soon as possible in the following role:
Production Planner (m/f/d)
for our production site in Haag i.OB.
Your responsibilities
- Processing quotations, enquiries and orders
- Administration – visitor management, telephone/post, supplies, invoice verification, etc.
- Preparing reports, special projects, statistics, etc.
- Maintaining master data in our ERP system
- Creating production orders, coordinating with internal and external partners
- Maintaining and tracking quotations, order confirmations and planning/coordinating supplier delivery dates
- Compiling key performance indicators
- Assisting with stock-takes
- Supporting technical work planning
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- A basic understanding of technical matters is desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and some experience of working with ERP systems
- A strong sense of quality, cost and responsibility
- Ability to work independently, with a solution-oriented and structured approach
- Very good command of German; knowledge of English is desirable
