We are looking for support as soon as possible in the following role:
Manager IT-Support (m/f/d)
for our headquarter in Amerang
Your responsibilities
- Receiving and resolving IT incidents related to hardware and software (1st-level support)
- Processing incoming support requests in the ticketing system, including classification, prioritization, resolution, and documentation of actions taken
- Managing and procuring IT hardware as part of asset management
- Installing, configuring, and deploying hardware and software
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification; career changers are also welcome
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (client and server) and their administration
- Initial practical experience in 1st- or 2nd-level support, including the use of ticketing systems or user help desks, is desirable
- Enthusiasm for solving technical challenges
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
