We are looking for support as soon as possible in the following role:
HR Officer (m/f/d) - Operational HR
for our headquarter in Amerang
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for and management of the entire employee life cycle as an HR Manager
- Independently managing the entire electronic time recording system (key user), including carrying out the monthly closing procedures
- Supporting staff and managers
- Drafting contracts, employment references, certificates and other HR-related documents for our staff
- Active involvement in recruitment (arranging appointments, preliminary interviews, organisation, etc.)
- Contributing to and taking on exciting HR projects and special assignments
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with further training in human resources, or a degree with a focus on human resources (business administration, business psychology or equivalent qualification)
- Several years’ professional experience in human resources
- Proficiency in using Office programmes, ideally including HR tools
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, the ability to work independently and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Good written and spoken English
